The menu options visible to you are those that XL Express have given you permission rights to use.

Authorised users can be offered the following features:

Track consignments (deliveries and pickups) by consignment note number, customer reference or tax invoice.

For each consignment note retrieved, the system will display the Consignment Date, Receiver/Sender details,
Qty, Kgs, Status and Date, ETA date, and a PDF copy of the consignment note when scanned.

The Status indicates the current status of the consignment.

Track items by item barcode or consignment number.

For each item retrieved, the system will display the Barcode, Date, Receiver details, 
Status and Date, ETA date, and a PDF copy of the consignment note when scanned.

The pickup options provide the facility to enter Pickup details for RTS and Redelivery requests directly into our system.

Frequently used sender and/or receiver details are saved for ease of use.
